Casual Players: Will Season 8 Be Too Hard?
Hey fellow adventurers,
So, Blizzard just announced some Diablo 4 items pretty big difficulty adjustments for Season 8, and I’m wondering how this will impact casual players like myself. It sounds like enemy AI is being improved, meaning mobs will use more coordinated attacks. Also, elites are supposed to be stronger and show up more frequently in dungeons.
Now, I enjoy a good challenge, but I don’t want to feel completely locked out of endgame content just because I can’t grind 12 hours a day like some players. If difficulty is increasing, does that mean we’ll get better rewards to compensate? Or is this just going to make progression slower for those of us who play a few hours a week?
Would love to hear thoughts from others who buy diablo 4 items aren’t necessarily pushing leaderboards but still want to enjoy the game!
